Asl
Career Development for School Students (6 to 15 Year Olds)
Every child has some favourite subjects in school, be it because of a teacher or due to God Gifted special abilities i.e. some stundents are good at numbers and others have a smooth hand on the drawing board.
Asl provides a professional platform to explore these preferences in the wider context of Career Decisions that these young learners will be making later in their life.
In the career counselling sessions we will identify the preferred learning style of an individual in addition to exploring the natural abilities and strengths. A detailed analysis of the past academic achievements will be referred to identify patterns and trends.
Based on above a brief will be developed about the Student’s current learning situation. This along with parent’s comments will be forwarded to a counselor for a one on one session with the Student.
We will provide a Detailed report with quarterly mile stones about student’s development
The service is also available to Schools where we will do counselling in Batches
The Career Counselling for students of up to class 5 is free of charge for individuals, there is a premium service available for this age group for schools.

Teen
Career Development for College / University Students (16 to 24 Year Olds)
The decisions taken at this stage of a student’s life will stay with him / her for the rest of the life. Teen provides a professional platform for individuals to explore the process of choosing a particular discipline of study based on natural strengths of a student and keeping in view the past academic performance of a student.

Zaitoon
Career Development for Professionals (25 Year Olds and above)
Zaitoon is the service aimed at providing a structured road map to the professionals to assist them to convert their abilities in to skill sets. An ability can be obtained in 4 hours however to convert that ability in to a skill requires practice of 10,000 hours.
We will map the career of a professional for five years with two alternative career moves with training, certifications and practical experience recommendations.
